Making new Friends Through Instagram and Flying Over Finland

Hi everyone!
No time to be bored here in Finland!
A few weeks ago, a person I’ve never met or spoken to sent me a message on Instagram inviting me to go flying with him here in Finland. We took off from Helsinki-Malmi Airport last Saturday for an amazing 2-hour-flight over the Helsinki area and south coast of Finland in a brand new Diamond DA40. The pictures say enough I think 🙂
If you think social media aren’t social, well, I have a completely different experience. Instagram has given me the chance to connect with so many great people and being able to meet them in real life makes it even more incredible.

Aviation has such an incredibly great community and I’m very grateful to be part of it.
